The annual shareholders meeting for Rogers Engineering and Manufacturing (REM) is coming up soon. You are tasked to present the work that you have done within the organization to the Executive Leadership Council. You will present your findings and your proposed plan for improving ethical behavior in the organization based on the work that you have done over the previous units. One deliverable that the council is looking for is a plan to address three specific recommendations for the company regarding ethical issues when contracting new work or revising contract extensions. The second deliverable is an assessment of REM’s corporate social responsibility. Sam Rogers has agreed to sit in on the meeting and your presentation.

In the last several units, you have conducted discussions, article critiques, case studies, an annotated bibliography, and a literature review. The topics in all of these assignments covered issues faced by REM. It is now time to present the findings from your research on these topics to the Executive Leadership Council. Examine ethical issues that the company faces or may face in the areas of international business, marketing, finance and accounting, and in the workplace. Include the components listed below in your presentation.

1. Provide a summary of the overall ethical climate at REM.
2. Identify what you feel are the most important ethical issues for REM to address.
3. Discuss the three ethical issues that the company needs to address when contracting new work or revising contract extensions.
4. Provide a summary of the proposed plan for addressing these three issues in future contracts.
5. Assess REM’s corporate social responsibility, and recommend two specific domains that need to be addressed by the company. 

As was mentioned previously in the REM Case Study History document, the REM case is open for interpretation at the individual level. Feel free to add details or information to the case to create a clear picture of the company and the issues it faces.

Please prepare a 15-slide PowerPoint presentation using the speaker notes section on each slide to describe in detail what is presented on each slide. Include charts or graphics as necessary to effectively present your findings.

Support the information in your presentation with at least four sources (these may be sources used in previous units). All sources used, including the textbook, must be referenced; paraphrased and quoted material must have accompanying citations. All references and citations used must be in APA style.
