Module 02 Written Assignment – DAP Technology

Your supervisor just told you that they want to invest in technology this upcoming school year. They have asked you to evaluate a new technology and then create a plan for how to implement the technology to improve your existing curriculum.

In this assignment, you have the choice to create a written proposal to submit to your supervisor for approval, or you can create a presentation to share with all your colleagues to persuade them to select your chosen technology.

Instructions for Evaluating DAP Technology

1. Choose to create a proposal in a Word document or a presentation in PowerPoint.
2. Select a technology that is new to you.
3. Create an overview of the features, benefits, and challenges of your selected technology.
4. Evaluate the technology using your created checklist.
5. Summarize your findings from the evaluation focusing on DAP, purpose, and effectiveness.
6. Identify any changes you might make to your checklist after using it to evaluate a technology.
7. Embed an image of the completed checklist into your Word document or PowerPoint presentation.
8. Submit one document: either one Word document or one PowerPoint presentation.
9. Use correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
