In Week 1, you selected a multinational company that has previously experienced or is currently experiencing controversial issues related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ethics. In Week 3, you addressed topics such as the company’s external stakeholders, corporate governance, strategy, CSR activities, and approach to ethics. This week, you will continue the research by answering the questions following these instructions, revising the papers from Weeks 1 and 3, and combining all information into a final paper.

The final paper must be 10–15 pages long, plus have a title page, an abstract, reference pages, and appendices (if needed). Your paper should include scholarly literature and address the topics. The paper should be in proper APA format with appropriate citations/references of sources.

• Stakeholders
  Identify two internal and two external stakeholders that are influenced by your company (other than the government). Describe each stakeholder and explain the impact the stakeholder has on the company.
• Government Stakeholders and Regulatory Environment
  Determine how the government’s influence affects consumers, the public, and the company. Describe at least one government agency, the regulations imposed, and the impact on the company.
• Global Issues: Legal and Political Systems
  Select at least one of the countries where your company does business. Compare and contrast the legal and political systems of the host country with the home country. Address at least one legal or ethical issue the business encountered in that country, such as bribery, questionable safety practices, environmental issues, or human rights violations. If no issues are known, explain on the basis of your research a potential legal or ethical problem that might occur.
• Trends and Challenges
  Evaluate trends and challenges in your company’s industry and how they influence the company.
• Recommendations
  On the basis of your research for this assignment, provide recommendations for your company to improve its CSR program.
