Slide 9 – Customer Service – open up your site for customers to post feedback good or bad. How to respond to both types of feedback

Slide 10 – Utilize family and friends to help share your product/service

Slide 11 – Incentives – What programs do you offer for first time buyers but also what you are doing to keep and grow your regular customer base.

Slide 12 – Conclusion – Giving what someone would get if they did their shopping in person by achieving that same customer service and personal touch will be beneficial in growing business.
