2.  Identify the specific modes of delivering the program evaluation report (i.e., e-mail, website publications, form presentations). Include how you will communicate successes and redirection.

3.  Outline your management plan. Include your evaluation timetable, anticipated costs, and benchmarks expected for the evaluation.
