Research topic:
Retirement planning in Australia is complex, often misunderstood and typically inadequate.
Review and report on the demographic issues as they impact on retirement planning in Australia. In particular you are required to:
• explore a range of literature addressing retirement concerns (pre / post retirees)
• identify and describe the role to be played by relevant stakeholders, such as
governments, to solve the problem/s (i.e. rights and obligations)

 describe the impact of legislation and/or other controls discussed by researchers.
Instructions:
Part A: Research essay (30%) Criteria:
• Your research essay should be no more than 3,000 words (excluding list of references and cover page)
• The essay should use proper citation methods, be logically structured using headings where appropriate, have an introduction and conclusion.

 It must be submitted through Moodle and Turnitin no later than 11:59 pm on the specified due date.
• You must submit your responses in the answer template provided.
• Language should be formal and terminology appropriate for an academic paper.
• Correct use of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Harvard style referencing to be used.
