From your experience and perspective, what are the most powerful trends that we (society) will face in the next 10 years? Pick two and defend.

 Page 131 of the Harvard reading, Change Management and Internal Communication, says that research strongly suggests that there are multiple roles of effective communication in the strategic change process. In your own words, apply two of the four roles (reducing uncertainty, overcoming resistance, facilitating employee participation, and building shared understanding) to your workplace (past or present) and speculate on the organizational benefits that would be produced.
