What makes a good answer

A good answer contains a strong directional point of view and solid justification / reasoning to support that point of view. The answer is based only on the information in the case and does not assume anything outside of the case. All parts of the question are addressed in the answer. The answer is an appropriate length. 

What makes a bad answer

A bad answer is one that hovers between many points of view, e.g., “I believe [this] and [that].” The support for the answer is weak or not there. The answer draws information from outside of the case or assumes something outside of the case. Not all parts of the question are addressed in the answer. The answer is way too short or way too long, or contains filler or irrelevant information.
