Research the company with emphasis on learning about their IPO, such that you can answer the required questions. Feel free to add additional related information as you fee appropriate.

Write a paper describing:

• The IPO date and initial stock price

• The performance of the stock price since the IPO

• The financial intermediaries in this transaction:

• The originating house and “syndicate”

• The role of these financial intermediaries

• IPO initial stock pricing issues if any
