5)Show total/average, Show your data in a chart

Download a copy of the PhoneBill.xls Excel spreadsheet file. Copy the Data into Sheet 3 (rename it as Task 3)
Inside task 3 Sheet …update rate as 5% increase.(Rate+Rate*0.05), recalculate in total.
Create New Pie chart with- total/country and new rate/country
