Remember to calculate the descriptive statistics for the appropriate variables in your data set. Descriptive statistics are most appropriate for interval and ratio data. Create a hypothesis for the data; it can be anything, based on the variables you have in your data. Creating these hypotheses affords you the opportunity to think like a researcher to better understand and critique research articles you read.
