Prepare, in APA or MLA format, a 1,000 word paper on either Health Care Quality, the Cost of Health Care, or Drivers of Cost and Growth in the delivery of healthcare.   Please see this link for APA Style.  You do not need to include a title page, but you need to include a References or Works Cited page, and cite references in your paper.  

Cite at least two scholarly journals as references in your paper; in addition to the two scholarly articles you may also include magazine articles from respected industry publications.  Blog posts and Wiki page sources are not acceptable.  All citations should be included on the References page in APA format or Works Cited page if using MLA format.   

The report should be typed, double-spaced, 1 inch margins, 12 point font maximum, and include the proper citations. The report must be turned-in on the due date.  The student should maintain a copy of their report.  Remember to properly document the reference resources used to write this paper.    If plagiarism is found, the paper will receive a grade of zero.
