This assignment has two parts.

Part 1:

Review the sample behavioral treatment plan provided in the textbook under Table 14.3.

Prepare a similar behavioral treatment plan based on the following individual:

1. Susan      Smithe is a 37-year-old female inmate who is incarcerated for armed      robbery. Susan suffers from mental illness. Susan is consistently verbally      abusive of prison staff, physically aggressive with other inmates, and      self-injures by battering her head, arms, and legs against walls and      floors. Her self-injuries often require medical attention. Susan suffers      from a fear of being alone and of insects.

While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, 

Part 2:

In 750 words, reflect on why your behavioral treatment plan will benefit Susan Smithe.

The reflection should provide a minimum of two to three peer-reviewed resources to support your explanations.

Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
