Topic 2: The video case at Washburn Guitars explores motivation. Where does motivation from Washburn employees come from? Could this be replicated at a company such as WalMart or Target? Why or why not?  

Topic 3: Last week, we explored the documentary about Dick Winters as an example of the five key elements of leadership. This week, let’s explore the same documentary and explore Major Winters from the perspective of emotional intelligence (EQ). Do the interviews with his followers suggest emotional intelligence for Major Winters? Why or why not? Provide examples.
