Instructions:

1. Review the initial research paper written by you of organization: Mcdonald’s(find in the attachments)
2. Review the article and PDF found in the Resources section.
3. In the second part of the final project, you will provide a SWOT analysis of the technology systems in use within the organization. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. You may focus on just the strengths and weaknesses for the project.
4. Every organization has some strengths that can be identified.
   1. Be sure to recognize the strengths and the success those strengths bring to the organization(Mcdonald’s) when considering mission and goals.
   2. However, the main purpose is to find weaknesses where recommendations can be made. Provide clear reasoning and justification for the weaknesses, as you will be using those when making the recommendations in the final paper.
5. This analysis should be three pages(750 words) in length and follow APA format. Provide references to any sources you use.
