Here is the assignment I need help with. It may seem a little complicated but I have attached an example and explanation from the professor. 

Discuss Respondeat Superior including the following components:

• Introduction that includes the thesis statement (Content criteria #1)
• Describe the meaning of the legal doctrine, Respondeat Superior. (Content criteria #2)
• Provide at least two examples of cases where the doctrine was applied and analyze whether or not the doctrine was applied fairly to each of the examples. (Content criteria #3)
• Conclusion (included in #1)

Your paper must be three to five double-spaced pages (excluding title and reference pages) and formatted according to APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center. Utilize a minimum of three scholarly and/or peer-reviewed sources that were published within the last five years.

Length of the contract:
It does not need to be extensive as I’m sure the examples you all have seen on line are. 
The length of the contract is not as important as knowing what conditions are contained in the contract that makes it valid and what can be considered a breach or what might void the contract.

Types of contracts:
Some examples that you might consider are: service oriented (hospital organization contracts services from a consultant or a service line physician’s group) or possibly a physician’s practice contract to a physician they are hiring (these can be more in-depth and are usually preceded by a Letter of Intent (LOI) to the physician after some interviews and negotiation of terms).
