Due to the rise of dictation errors in EHR clinical documentation, combined with insufficient clinician review, the software purchased should focus on better integrating voice recognition use and review into existing clinical workflows.

Open a blank Word document and compose a research paper project using at least two resources. The paper should be at least two pages in length, double-spaced, with one-inch margins, using Times New Roman font and MLA format with resources cited.
