Part  of Organization competencies is to know the current state of the  company’s business models and be able to conduct its analysis in the  industry it is operating in to determine if there is a need for  expansion into other business subsidiaries. Along with this analysis is  ensuring plan are incorporated to strategize the new model. The ultimate  goal of a company for gaining a competitive advantage is to set itself  apart and offer a unique service that is different from its competitors.  Most business are successful, because of the model they employ in  running their business. Company must have a concrete strategy that  encompasses value added service, abundant of resources, and tactics to  employ in realizing the strategies goal. A company that is aspiring to  make it must be innovative minded. Innovation is the key to business  success because the only way a company can be competitive is to stay on  top of technology and maintain an edge on new changes in the  contemporary business environment.
