Edwina: Food was greasy, smelled bad and tasted even worse. None of us wanted to eat any of it. Service was poor to say the least – food was all squished when it came. Left terrible smell in my hair for a day afterwards. Too bad there’s no money back guarantee. Dustin: As far as the food is concerned, its pretty tasty. However, the portions are absolutely miniscule. In order to have a decent lunch here the minimum you would need to spend would be something like 40. If you want much better value, you’re best going to one of the other many, many restaurants in the vicinity. Jimmy: 11 for 3 enchiladas with no beans or rice (from the special menu), 7.50 for two tacos, which are not even double wrapped. This place is a fake Mexican restaurant overpricing it’s terrible food. I personally offer to teach the chef’s of this place how to make a proper enchilada. Nowhere in Mexico are enchiladas covered in tomato sauce. Especially a tomato sauce which tastes like Tesco value Tomato Passata plain out the carton. These enchiladas were not even fried. The Jamaica tasted like cranberry juice – it should be diluted more with more sugar. Katherine: The Manager is really rude! They made a mistake and double the dessert price and added some beers to the bill and they didn’t accept the mistake and the manager started yelling at us! Not worthy! Christopher: This place used to be great with a varied menu at good value pricing. Since the refurb they have made the menu less varied, the portions MUCH smaller and the prices MUCH higher. Service useless – waitress forgot to put our order in TWICE and did not know anything about the menu. The owner who walks around in a t-shirt (despite the place now an “upscale” restaurant) couldn’t care a less.
